Eileen McGivney is an incoming assistant professor at Northeastern University. Just a few weeks before the recording of this episode in May 2023, Eileen successfully defended her PhD dissertation at Harvard University on VR for education. Prior to her PhD work at Harvard, Eileen was a researcher with Brookings in Washington DC and the Education Reform Initiative in Istanbul, Turkey.
